Relaxed Watercolor: Landscapes & Meaningful Places

4-Week Guided Painting Series

Join me for a relaxed, small-group watercolor class focused on landscapes and meaningful places. This series is designed to be approachable for beginners while also offering guidance and technique for those with some experience.

Each week, we’ll complete a watercolor painting together, building skills step-by-step in a calm and supportive environment.

Class Details

Dates: April 22, 29, May 6, 13
Time: 2:00–4:00 pm
Location: Private room at Mocha Monkey coffee shop in downtown Waconia (115 S. Olive St. Waconia, MN 55387)
Cost: $145 for the full 4-week series
Class size: Limited to 6 participants

What We’ll Paint

Over the four weeks, we’ll work through:

• Skies and simple landscapes
• Trees and natural textures
• Landscapes with simple structures
• A final painting based on a place that’s meaningful to you

For the final class, you’ll send me a photo in advance, and I’ll lightly sketch it so you can focus on painting.

Supplies

Supplies are not included.

You’re welcome to bring your own materials, and I’ll provide a simple recommended supply list after registration. An optional beginner supply kit will also be available if you prefer not to gather materials yourself.

A Note on Class Size

This class is intentionally limited to 6 participants to allow for individual guidance and a relaxed atmosphere.
