The perfect housewarming gift!
We will paint a custom watercolor painting of the home of your choice based on the elements which are important to you. We'll talk about colors and style before painting to ensure the painting is just as you want it.
These are great for first home gifts, or gifts for those leaving a home that has meant a lot to them.
When finished, we'll mail you the original painting (unframed) for you to have as a meaningful keepsake. The originals are:
8x10" ($225) or 9x12” ($275) 11x14" ($325) or 16x20” ($375)
on 140g cold pressed watercolor stock.
If you would like, we can scan in your custom painting and remove the white background, creating a transparent PNG file. We can provide that high-resolution image, with the rights for you to use it for personal use for $39 additional. Please request this when ordering if you are interested.
** Please make sure to note... this is an original watercolor painting, not an image made electronically from a photo you provide, as some other companies are offering. Pen and ink sketches are also available, at a lower cost.

After the purchase is made, we will send a form to collect reference art to what you would like painted as well as any direction that is important to you. We will continue to ask questions as needed before we paint to make sure we are capturing exactly what you are wanting.

Timing depends on our current workload. The usual turn around is 2-4 weeks. Painting takes about a week, but if our schedule is full, we may not be able to start on it right away. Please request timing before purchasing the listing if time is of the essence for you.

Each artwork begins as an original watercolor painting created by artist Josie Thorrington of Ivory Isle Art + Design. Prints are professionally produced on archival-quality fine art paper with rich color and soft watercolor detail.
Available as unframed prints, framed artwork, note cards, and personalized keepsakes.

- Frame styles shown in photos may vary slightly based on availability
- Colors may appear slightly different depending on monitor settings
- Smaller prints are signed by the artist when fulfilled in-house

Framed artwork is professionally matted and framed for a finished, ready-to-display presentation.
Frame sizing:
- 8x10" print framed to approximately 11x14"

- 16x20" print framed to approximately 20x24"
