I attend your reception and create quick watercolor portraits of your guests live — a charming art experience and a take-home keepsake all in one. Depending on guest count, it may be two artists, or two artists plus one assistant to take guest photos.

Ideal for receptions with steady guest flow

• 2 artists, 1 assistant, 3–4 hours of live painting

• Around 60-80 portraits (mainly couples, so 120-160 guests)

• 5x7 archival watercolor paper + sleeves

• Custom stamp featuring couple’s names + wedding date

• Table display + event signage included

• Digital scans of all portraits for the couple

• Approximately 90-110 portraits (mainly couples, so 180-220 guests)

• Custom watercolor palette inspired by the wedding’s colors

• 5x7 archival watercolor paper + sleeves

• Custom stamp featuring couple’s names + wedding date

• Table display + event signage included

• Travel within 40 miles

📌 30–50% retainer holds the date, with the balance due two weeks before the event.

Travel Fees:
Travel within 40 miles of Minneapolis is included in all packages.
Beyond 40 miles, travel is charged at $0.65/mile (round trip).

Out-of-Area Events:
For weddings requiring flights, the Client is responsible for:

• Round-trip airfare (economy class + baggage fees)

• Hotel accommodations (1–2 nights in a standard room near the venue)

• Ground transport between airport, hotel, and venue

Travel arrangements can be made by the Client, or arranged by the Artist and invoiced with payment due prior to the event.
