This is a custom made digital file of a Seating Chart poster, using your guests' names and table numbers to create an easy alphabetical chart for them to use to locate their seat.
We can size the poster to any size you need. We will do the formatting. We just need to receive your seating chart list in Excel in three columns 1) first name 2) last name 3) table number.
Color, font and design can be customized.
We do not currently print and ship these seating charts. Instead, you are provided with a print ready file to bring to your local print shop. We recommend and use Fedex Kinkos for our local printing here in Minneapolis.
